Hot Yoga Immersion Course

"I did a 1-week Immersion HOT YOGA bootcamp with Tomasz Goetel. We stayed in the lovely Absolute Sanctuary in Koh Samui, Thailand. Had a fantastic time making new friends... I discovered that HOT YOGA is more that just 26 poses, and that Yoga can be really fun!!! Healthy, no-sugar diet, multiple Yoga sessions and 3 colonics later... I'm lighter, clearer and happier! :)"
