The Intermediate Students will be guided to the next level in their Hot Yoga practice. Tomasz will work with you directly on improving your precision. Custom-tailored adjustments, corrections and a gentle push are given, when necessary.
You will greatly improve the alignment, awareness, and sensitivity. But most of all, expect to have FUN and work hard under guidance of a very dedicated Teacher.
The Advanced Students / Teachers will be invited to become "unlimited" through their Yoga practice. We guide everyone in a non-dogmatic, free spirited way and have a lot of fun in the process!
The postures that you already know – let's take them to their full expression or play with creative variations. You can learn and experience new postures and sequences, with a totally amazing, new approach to Hot Yoga!
